Quality Assurance

In order to maintain and improve our customer service, and for quality assurance, we reserve the right to monitor and/or record incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

Pick-Up Orders

Pick up orders between 9 AM and 4:30 PM EST Monday through Friday at Fairfield, NJ location only. Orders must be placed in advance. New customers require a valid driver’s license.


Credit Terms and Conditions

ComfortKing USA, Inc. accepts MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, VISA Debit, VISA and Discover. Please note that for the protection of first time credit card purchasers, we require the proper completion of our credit card authorization form along with proper identification before the shipment of any credit card orders. We also accept wire transfers. Certified checks will be verified by the credit department when given. No money orders are accepted.
Good credit standing with ComfortKing USA, Inc. signifies your account is “Current” and within the terms granted to your account. Accounts not meeting these criteria may experience delays in shipping.


Back Orders

Back orders will be processed in the order they are received. Back orders resulting from partial shipment will be shipped as soon as goods become available unless special arrangements are made after the order is shipped. Each back order will incur separate shipping charges.



Guidelines for return:

No returns will be accepted without return authorization.
All returned merchandise must be in original undamaged package.
Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.


Steps to return merchandise:

Please call a customer service specialist at 973 882-1900 for a return authorization number. To help expedite your call, please have your customer number and invoice number ready when calling.
Returns MUST be accompanied by the pre-approved return authorization number that must appear on the outside of the package.
Please send ALL returns, regardless of the warehouse it was sent FROM, to our Fairfield headquarters location: 19 Audrey Place, Fairfield, NJ 07004.


Refused and Cancelled Orders

All refused, cancelled and unclaimed shipments, or those returned due to customer error, are subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to all freight costs.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Customers will be charged prices in effect at the time merchandise is shipped.
Case price: We do not offer case price.
Dozen price: We do not offer dozen price
Pack price: Price for 1 pack of merchandise such as 2pk, 3pk, 4pk, 5pk, 6pk, etc.
Piece price: Price of individual pieces.
