1. Most orders under 350 LBS generally ship UPS.
2. For orders over 350 LBS, our warehouse will do its best to find the best rate available.
3. We do not ship FEDEX.
4. Pickup in person with proper documentation. (Photo ID AND PO#)
5. Send your company truck with proper documentation. (Photo ID AND PO#)
6. WE DO NOT SELL OR SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
7. Use your own logistics/trucking company with a ComfortKing USA / DBA Smith Distributors recognized сompany. (PRO#,TRAILER#, & PO# needed)
